The Challenge
Somalia and other fragile contexts where PHASE operates continue to face recurrent humanitarian crises driven by drought, displacement, and conflict. Millions of people remain food insecure, with vulnerable households lacking consistent access to basic needs. In emergency contexts, delays in assistance can lead to severe malnutrition, loss of livelihoods, and increased protection risks, particularly for women and children.
Our Response
