The Challenge
Across Somalia and other fragile contexts where PHASE operates, young people face limited access to quality education, high unemployment, and restricted opportunities for skills development. These challenges increase vulnerability, limit economic participation, and expose youth to negative coping mechanisms, including migration and involvement in harmful activities.
Our Response
