Executive Director
Dr. Mohamed leads PHASE’s mission to deliver lasting impact across Somalia, South Sudan, Uganda, and Kenya. He holds a MMBS, MPH, and MPPM, bringing a rare combination of medical, public health, and policy expertise to humanitarian leadership.
