Pragmatic Help Achieving Social Empowerment Organization (PHASE) is inviting to its credible suppliers who are provisional and financially sound and well experienced, registered companies the submissions of tenders for a contract to provide and sale food, items for Food distribution packing etc.  for IDPs and Host Communities in Mogadishu -Somalia and Garissa-Kenya programs.
