Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of PHASE is designed to optimize efficiency and responsiveness across its varied operations. It comprises dedicated teams led by experienced board members and supported by a committed staff of 23 employees and 40 volunteers. This structure ensures effective delivery of services across three main operational areas—Somalia, Uganda, and Kenya— focusing on sectors such as health, education, and community development. The organization emphasizes strong governance and strategic management to achieve its mission of empowering vulnerable communities.
