PHASE (Pragmatic Help Achieving Social Empowerment) is a dynamic non-governmental organization committed to fostering sustainable development and empowerment in communities facing extreme poverty and vulnerability. Founded in 2014, PHASE operates across Somalia, Kenya, and Uganda, delivering vital programs in health, education, livelihoods, water, sanitation, and peacebuilding. Our mission is to empower individuals living in extreme poverty to achieve lasting improvements in their lives, fostering self-sufficiency and resilience. Guided by a vision of a society free from discrimination, we prioritize gender equality, social inclusion, and human rights in all our endeavors.
